Brass
Our brushed brass is unlacquered by design and will slowly deepen in tone. Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. To slow the patina, wipe occasionally with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Never use abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners.
Marble and alabaster
Natural stone is porous. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; for marks, use a cloth dampened with water and a drop of pH-neutral soap, then dry. Keep away from acidic liquids. Veining and small variations are the material, not a defect.
Glass
Opal and smoked glass shades can be removed and washed by hand in warm water with mild soap. Dry fully before refitting. Always switch off and let the fixture cool first.
Black steel
Powder-coated steel needs only a dry or slightly damp cloth. Touch-up paint for small scuffs is available on request.
Bulbs and dimming
Where bulbs are replaceable we recommend 2700K, 90+ CRI LED. Integrated LED fixtures are dimmable with TRIAC or ELV dimmers as listed on the product page. If in doubt, email us the dimmer model before installing.
Installation
Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician. Every fixture ships with a canopy, mounting bracket and hardware for standard US junction boxes.
