Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars and include delivery. Sales tax, import duties and VAT are added at checkout where required. Natural stone varies; veining, tone and patina are characteristics of the material, not defects. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel and refund any order affected by them.

Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy.

Returns

Governed by our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Installation

Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local code. We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation or from use with incompatible dimmers or voltages.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
